![]() ![]() I can live with that - you may not be able to. Using mine daily means a charge up most days. The playback time then varies - from 6 - 10 hours on average depending on what app you are using and how much you use the screen. I tend to use WiFi only to download tracks (Spotify) or books (Audible) or Podcasts then turn it off at all other times. All that said, it is not as bad as many say and being USB-C it is an easy device to keep topped up! Keeping Wifi off seems to be the best thing you can do to gain a little more battery life. ![]() I would have much preferred it to be twice as bulky if that would have meant a bigger battery could have been installed. This remains the single most disappointing thing with this player. There are a few mods to the system I have installed and I also mention volume caps, so it goes without saying, that any advice or information here is to be followed at your own risk. This is quite a detailed review, but hopefully it will be useful to some.
